Curlew
Arrives in the summer as a rare visitor from the coast to breed in the moorland zone.

It nests in hollows on the ground and eats insects, berries and grass seeds.

They are seldom seen in the high mountains as it is not their preferred habitat, which is estuaries. The male and female are alike.
