Fieldfare
A common resident throughout the arboreal and willow scrub zones, especially in marshy areas.

They are gregarious birds and often nest in colonies among birches or pines. Their nests are constructed from grass and mud in trees.

They live off insects and worms, and in the autumn berries. The digested remains of blue berries often splatter stones.The male and female are alike.
